KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1,Responsible for all maintenance issues of Plant insurance of plant availability (especially technical) and product quality in close cooperation with the plant manager by beeing responsible for oSpare parts and supplier management, oDocumentation: Ensure that process and construction documentation meets internal and national standards oMaintain all control systems, applications and information systems including systems configuration and performance optimization of regulatory controls including tuning, troubleshooting, configuration changes, user support, performance monitoring and reporting. oManage all safety Instrumented system issues relating to control and safety system hardware and software. oProvide engineering support for all post projects involving control and safety system configuration, hardware upgrades / installation and control scheme implementation. 2,Responsible for budgeting for investments and technical spending and responsible for approved capital and its appropriate use in alignment with divisional engineering 3,Be Together with Plant Manager and EHSS engineer responsible to assure safe operation of the equipment and make sure all national and internal regulations are obeyed; perform regularly risk analyses. 4,Provide leadership and coaching to the E&I plant engineering group with the aim of employee development and setting up a spirit of teamwork and trust. Driving their goal setting and performance process to ensure the expected service level in engineering. QUALIFICATION 1,University bachlor above degree in electrical and instrumentation engineering. 2,Over 5 years working experience in chemical or related industry, over 2 years of working experience in western multinational company. 3,Experienced in Siemens PLC programming. 4,Profound knowledge of Siemens PLC programming, HIMA and Siemens DCS. 5,Project Management 6,Knowledge of relevant legislation, official specifications, regulations and technical instructions 7,Troubleshooting and root cause analysis 8,Creation, development and maintenance of P&I diagrams 9,Fluent English (written and spoken) 10,SAP preferred 11,Leadership and soft skills, good communication skills, team spirit 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至recruiting.zjg@wacker.com。 |
