任职要求 QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

- At least bachelor degree in Engineering.

- Ability to read drawings.

- A minimum 3 years‘ experience in mechanical engineer position.

- Good English communication ability.

- Skills in CAD software such as AutoCAD and so on.

- Be able and willing to lead people.

- Ability to work with the foreign engineers from the other European engineering department of our company.

- Education background in plastic processing machines manufacturing (as advantage).

- Experience in film blowing machines manufacturing (as advantage).

职责 MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITY

- Film blowing machine manufacturing maintenance.

- Coordinate and coach technicians to eliminate all the machine manufacturing troubleshooting.

- Set up the machine manufacturing plan.

- Collect and transform all of the mechanical drawings， documents and manual.

- Control the mechanical manufacture parts， spare parts and outsourcing parts.

- Continiously solve the problems to keep smoothly production activity.

- Analyse manufacturing process quality and give reports on it.

- Respond， identify， and solve manufacturing process problems involving production machinery， monitoring equipment and raw materials.

- Communicate with general production manager to review production problem areas， special projects， and other items that need attention and follow up.

- Establish and maintain good working relationship between manufacturing employees and general production manager.

- Teach technicians in groups and individually.

- Work with documents and technical reports.
